| Fluid bed dryers are offered for free flowing granular or crystalline powders or for granulation of powders. The dryer type selection depends on the product characteristics like flow ability, fluidizing tendency, and thermal stability and drying characteristics. The fluid bed dryers are available for batch / batch wise continuous or continuous operation. The continuous dryer can be with static bed or vibrating bed design. The option of single or multisectional heating and cooling is decided to suit product thermal sensitivity and stability. The Fluid bed dryers are offered as a complete packaged unit comprising of Feeding system, Air heating system, Fine recovery system, Controls and Instrumentation along with the main dryer section. |
