| Flash dryers are normally used for drying wet cakes, powders which can be dried very fast. The Product is dried as it is pneumatically conveyed with hot air in the flash duct. Flash Dryers offered by us is a complete packaged unit, consisting of Feeding section, Air heater section, Product collection section, Controls and Instruments. Feed pre conditioning section, product conveying cooling section can form optional accessories of the flash dryer package. The commonly used Flash Dryers are: |

| These are with long flash duct normally used for free flowing powders, crystals, granules. |

| Agitated Flash Dryer |

| These are used whenever the conventional flash dryer may not be suitable. Some materials may be sticky in nature slightly thixotropic or may require slightly longer time for drying. Agitated Flash Dryer is ideally suited for this duty. A special feature for particle size control can be optionally added to the drying systems ensuring that the dry powder is below the required particle size range. |

| Many products have a tendency to form hard crust or lumps while drying. These materials require disintegration, crushing / size reduction while being dried. Cage mill flash dryer becomes ideal equipment for this duty. Size control sieves can be incorporated to regulate the size of the dried powder. |
